Demographics
Benton County has become a leading retail center for Northwest Arkansas as well as Northeast Oklahoma and Southwest Missouri. The Bentonville/Bella Vista community is business friendly and supports strategic, planned economic growth. The current unemployment rate for Benton County, (Dec. 2010), is 6.1 percent, and many of its major employers include Wal-Mart Stores, Inc., county and city governments, school districts, JB Hunt, Tyson Foods, retail stores and the healthcare industry.

Bentonville, the County Seat for Benton County is the home of Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. Benton County remains one of the fastest growing counties in the USA.
Our labor shed area covers a 30-mile radius and includes Benton, Carroll, Madison and Washington counties in Arkansas; Barry, McDonald and Newton counties in Missouri; Adair and Delaware counties in Oklahoma.
