About The Chamber


The Bentonville/Bella Vista Chamber of Commerce has played a vital role in the community and economic development of Northwest Arkansas for more than 80 years. The Bentonville Chamber was formed in 1926 and became the Bentonville/Bella Vista Chamber of Commerce in 1979.

The mission of the Bentonville/Bella Vista Chamber of Commerce is to serve our members as the voice of the business community; promote planned economic growth; foster community interaction and provide information, leadership, and support in the Bentonville/Bella Vista community.

The Chamber is an independent, non-profit business organization representing the Bentonville/Bella Vista community. It aligns its self with more than 1,200 businesses in the area. It's governed by a 19-member board of directors who represent the range of businesses among the organization's membership. The board meets monthly to discuss issues regarding infrastructure, business development, community improvement, education and civic issues. The Chamber is operated by a staff of seven. It is not operated by the city, county or state.

The Chamber works endlessly to develop programs and bring businesses together to collectively accomplish what no business professional can achieve alone. The Bentonville/Bella Vista Chamber of Commerce is a member of the Arkansas State Chamber and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce.
